The church directory only shows communities with an active broadcast. An empty list usually means no translation is live at that moment. Check the service schedule with your community, return when the broadcast starts, or try the recorded demo in the meantime.
See live churchesAudio or connection problems
Check your internet connection, device volume and selected headphones or speaker. Join the broadcast and tap Enable audio if shown. If the problem continues, email the church, language, approximate time, device and a short description of what happened. Do not send passwords or access tokens.

Translations are generated automatically and may contain errors. You can rate a translation in the listener screen. To report inappropriate content, a rights concern or a serious translation problem, email a description, the church or video reference, and the approximate time so we can review it with the responsible community.
Report a problemAccess, correct or delete your data
Email Rafael to request access, correction or deletion. Requests are handled manually. Include the feature used and, if relevant, the church, language and approximate date. If you used an administrative account in the browser, identify its email. We may need further information to locate your records. Clearing cookies or uninstalling the app does not delete server records; we will explain any limits on identification or deletion.

Mobile apps are for listening to translated audio and following captions over an internet connection. Broadcasting and administration are operated in the web browser. You do not need an account to listen.
